Internal training
Alberti e Santi considers its employees fundamental to the company’s success and invests in continuous training as a key element for individual and collective growth. In 2023, training covered topics such as soft skills, languages, technical training, occupational health and safety, sustainability and the environment, thanks also to funding from the European Social Fund and other initiatives. The company provided 1510 hours of internal training.
PCTO/Schools and Projects
Alberti and Santi places great value on education, not only for its employees but also for younger generation, by actively partnering with schools, universities, and training centers. The company believes in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired in schools and the practical skills needed in the workplace, adapting to market trends and digital transformation. Specifically, Alberti and Santi is a member of the ITS Foundation for Sustainable Mobility and Logistics, which offers two-year post-diploma courses to train advanced technicians in the logistics field.
PMI DAY
In 2023, the company collaborated with ITS students, hosting a project focused on sustainability and supporting the launch of a new study cycle. Alberti and Santi also took part in “PMI Day,” where it hosted a group of middle school students to introduce them to the logistics industry. Moreover, the company actively supports school-to-work programs by welcoming students from both Italy and abroad and participates in career orientation activities with local universities such as Università Cattolica and the University of Parma.

Our workshop department
The workshop at Alberti and Santi is a key department that deals with vehicle maintenance across the board. Its main tasks include servicing, routine maintenance, repair of swap body covers and the management of spares. In addition, ministerial inspections are essential, as every truck, trailer and flatbed undergoes careful and thorough checks. The workshop also takes care of the commissioning of new vehicles, ensuring that they are ready and in perfect condition for use.
